What: AdDRESS Your Heart Event for Go Red for Women

When: Thursday, February 23^rd, 2012

Why: Statistics from the American Heart Association show that one in three women in America dies from heart disease. That’s why we at Girly Girl Wines™ are determined to do everything we can to help fight against this illness. In addition to helping spread awareness about women’s heart disease, we’re proud to help support the cause as well with our adDRESS Your Heart Event. Girly Girl Wines will donate 20% of our total sales on February 23^rd to the American Heart Association for Go Red for Women. We will have a survivor and a representative of AHA to talk on behalf of their experiences and what the AHA is all about.

Cost: $20 for a glass of wine, wine tasting, live music by Chris Hyde, appetizers, delicious cake balls from dianne’s Delights, and 4 raffle tickets (additional raffle tickets for purchase)

Girly Girl Wines™ is raising money and awareness for women’s heart disease one bottle at a time during the month of February.

Woodinville, WA 1/17/2012 – Statistics from the American Heart Association show that one in three women in America dies from heart disease. That’s why we at Girly Girl Wines™ are determined to do everything we can to help fight against this illness. In addition to helping
spread awareness about women’s heart disease, we’re proud to help support the cause as well with our adDRESS Your Heart Promotion in retail store throughout the Pacific Northwest. This February, Girly Girl Wines™ will make a $1.00 donation per bottle sold during the promotion period to the American Heart Association. Customers need only purchase a Girly Girl Wine™ and activate the purchase at girlygirlwines.com/heart.

Girly Girl Wines™ will also be raising awareness at our adDRESS Your Heart event held at our Woodinville tasting room on February 23^rd, 2012 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Entry fee is $20 and includes a glass of wine, 4 raffle tickets, food, live music, wine tasting and cake balls from dianne’s Delights. 20% of all revenue on the 23^rd will be donated to the American Heart Association for their Go Red campaign. Girly Girl Wins Big at SF International Competition

Our Girly Girl Chardonnay 2009 received a Double Gold at this year’s San Francisco International Wine Competition. This was a huge feet since there were 416 chardonnay’s entered into the competition and only 6 received Double Golds! We are so estatic that we were one of them!! Go TEAM!

Save the Girls @ Pnk Ultra Lounge Recap

We attended the Save the Girls Event at the Pnk Ultra Lounge yesterday as a major sponor of the event. The event was presented by Little Black Dress Events and Productions and emceed by Brooke and Jubal from Movin 92.5! It was a great event that raised money for the Susan G Komen Foundation and we had a blast. Posted are a couple pictures of us girls and the bra designed by Girly Girl Wines (and Karen’s Mother-in-Law Susan Ward, without her the bra would not have been possible!). If you were able to attend, it was definitely worth a Sunday evening out with the girls. They will be hosting the 4th Annual Designer Bra Show again next year, so keep an eye out for details as we’d love to see all our girls there for support and some fun!

We are giving away some great Girly Girl items, plus 2 sets of tickets to the 3rd Annual Save the Girls Bra Fashion Show at Pnk Ultra Lounge this Sunday from 4:30 – 8pm. This event raises money for the Susan G Komen Foundation and will be a blast.
