Wine Club FAQs

As a Wine Club Member you will enjoy a variety of benefits offered only to wine club members. This includes event discounts, special release wines, and if you purchase more that 8 bottles of wine each year, your Wine Club discount will save you a lot of money.

Here is what you can expect:

  • If you have provided us with your email address we will send you weekly updates. To update your information please email wineclub@girlygirlwines.com or call 425-485-2437 extension 109.
  • We will also email you a notice quarterly letting you know when your pick up party will be and what wine selections you will receive. The pick up parties are held in our Woodinville tasting room location.
  • When you join us for the pick up party you will purchase your quarterly selections, indulge in a free tasting for yourself and a guest and treat yourself to some wonderful appetizers along with other members who share your enjoyment of premium wines.
  • If you are unable to join us on the day of the pick up party, you have another full week to stop by and purchase your wine.
  • If you can’t make it by the tasting room, we will ship (UPS) your selections to you using the credit card you have on file.
  • When you receive your quarterly selections, you will also receive a re-order form. You may re-order any wine on the form at a discount for 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What if I am not home when UPS comes to deliver?
    UPS makes three delivery attempts. If you or another adult does not sign for the shipment it will be held by USP for five days and then it is returned to us.
  • What if my shipment is returned to you?
    We make attempts to reach you by phone, email and post cards, letting you know your paid selections are being held in Woodinville. At your request, we will gladly re-ship your wine with the applicable shipping charges or you can come by and pick it up. We can not hold them indefinitely as we do not have the storage capacity and the wine will become outdated, so a prompt response is necessary.
  • Can I schedule a delivery if I missed the first attempt?
    Yes, UPS has some very accommodating shipping alternatives. Check out their website: www.ups.com and search “delivery attempts”.
  • Do you ship to other locations?
    We can bill to one address and ship to another. However, please call if you want to ship to another state to verify our permit status. Also, we cannot ship to post office boxes. You can also view the wine club shipping map here.
  • What if I move, change my phone number or go on Vacation?
    Simply give us a call or send an email. We will update your changes or put your membership on hold until you get home. Please keep us informed. Call 425-485-2437 ext 109 or email wineclub@girlygirlwines.com
  • Can I join multiple clubs?
    Yes, you can enjoy as many club selections as you would like. If you are members of additional wine clubs you will enjoy a larger repertoire of wines. For Example, you could choose to join both Silver Lake Voyage level and the Glen Fiona, Fionturas Club or you could choose to join Discover level and Expedition level of the Silver Lake Clubs.
  • How do I change my membership?
    Notify us in writing anytime after you receive your first quarterly membership selections of any change requests including cancellations.
  • What if I only drink red wine?
    Wine makes great gifts or donations and it is nice to serve different varietals at dinner parties with friends.
  • What other programs and events does Washington Wine & Beverage Company offer?
